Litigations

Administrative enforcement, through AIC, can be initiated based on evidence of infringement.  Upon receiving the complaint, the AIC will generally investigate the alleged infringement in a few days or even on the same day they receive it. If AIC find infringing goods during their investigation, they will seize infringing goods, and then destroy infringing materials, issue stop-orders, and/or impose a fine.

AIC raid can be considered as a quick method of enforcing trademark right, and we have a lot of experiences in this area. Litigation at the Court in China can also be an option to enforce an IP right.
